The situation surrounding COVID-19 is fast moving but TUDOR Financial are doing everything we can to help our customers.
Here at Tudor Financial, we prioritise the health and wellbeing of all our customers and employees. We are closely monitoring the current coronavirus outbreak in the UK and adhering to all measures in line with government recommendations.
We have a robust resiliency program in place to continue the operations of our business. During this time we will continue to deliver the high quality, consistent and reliable service. We continue to operate as normal and will communicate with you as the situation evolves.
All our advisors have the ability to work remotely away from the office and are contactable at all times; we are also able to hold meetings via telephone conferencing or Skype. A significant proportion of our client records are held electronically, meaning there is still access to most documentation needed for our usual processes.
We will continue to meet with our clients in person when it is sensible to do so.
We deal increasingly with email rather than post. We would encourage you to use email where possible. If you do not know the name of the relevant person to email please send to firstname.lastname@example.org and the email will be forwarded to the relevant person/department.
In the unlikely event that the office becomes inaccessible for any substantial length of time we will have the post redirected to the home address of the Directors.
MEETINGS AT OUR OFFICE
For many of our clients, face-to-face meetings are an important part of moving things forward but we recognise this may not always be feasible. We have excellent facilities available for telephone conferencing.
We continue to meet with our clients in person where it is sensible to do so, taking account of the UK Government guidelines. SCHEDULED CLIENT PREMISES VISITS
For existing scheduled visits to clients/our office, the arrangement will be reviewed on a case by case basis and clients kept fully engaged in appropriate planning. We ask for your assistance with this matter and would expect a client to inform us of any contact with COVID-19.
It is important that we take these proactive steps to minimise the spread of COVID-19. We will react proportionately to ensure that we continue to provide the excellent service that our clients expect. We will continue to monitor the situation as it develops and will take the appropriate action as necessary.
