What do you like most about your role at TFC?
There are many, however, the 2 main parts are the people in our working team, we have a great family feel!!! The variation of clients we work with, understanding the different needs and working with them in achieving goals.

How long have you worked for TFC?
I started in 2003 as an office administrator and gradually over the years gained my licences to become a qualified adviser.

What did you do before joining TFC?
Not very much! Started college, where I didn’t last very long (around 2 months) and joined here when I was 16.

What do you like to do outside of work?
I try and keep myself fit and spending time with my family.

Tell us something interesting about yourself?
I enjoy brewing & collecting Gin’s.

How long have you worked for Tudor Financial Consultants? 

I joined the team in January 2024, but it’s not my first experience of working with the Tudor team. I have supported the business for a number of years in previous roles with the Openwork Partnership 

 

What did you do before joining TFC? 

 

I have worked in financial services for nearly 30 years working in various roles but mainly financial advice focused roles including quality & risk management roles with Santander, UKAR and Openwork. I have also supervised specialist roles including pension transfer specialists who provide advice on safeguarded benefit/defined benefit transfers. 

 

Why did you join Tudor? 

I have worked with the Tudor team for a number of years and was always struck by the family feel and how important customers are for the group. It was always clear that great quality advice is at the heart of everything they do. 

I’m excited to join a company which operate across the full range of financial services from selling your home, to financial advice and business solutions.   

 

What do you like to do outside of work? 

In my free time you will find me with my family where we enjoy watching F1, football and eating out. I also enjoy running and going to the gym to provide some balance for the eating out.

I have been working with TFC for 7 years

What did you do before joining TFC?
Before joining TFC I was at Leeds City College for a short while studying sports science. After this I studied to get my mortgage adviser qualification at the age of 19.

What do you like to do outside of work?
Outside of work I like to spend time with family and friends, keep fit, socialise and travel.

Tell us something interesting about yourself?
I have prayed with a monk in Chiang Mai, Thailand and have done river tubing in Vang Vieng, Laos.

Outside of work he is kept busy at home with his family – a partner, two small children, and Ralph, the French Bulldog! When he has some free time, Elliot enjoys watching football and cooking.

What do you like most about your role at TFC?
Tudor have provided me with an opportunity to specialise in my chosen field of expertise in the area of Pensions and Investments utilising the companies years of experience of dealing with a wide range of clients. I have over 30 years experience in a wide range of specialist pensions roles and working for Tudors has been the most enjoyable and satisfying part of my career

How long have you worked for TFC?
Three years

What did you do before joining TFC?
Pensions Business development manager for Standard Life, Aviva between 1989 and 2008. Regional development manager for Zurich between 2008 and 2013 . BDM for Vitality 2013 to 2016. Pensions Technician for My pension Expert 2016-2017

What do you like to do outside of work?
Enjoy walking and middle distance running. Avid camper throughout the summer months

Tell us something interesting about yourself?
Competed on behalf of Nottingham Council at their twin city of Karlsruhe and stood on the starting line with two Olympic Gold Medal winning runners and thereafter quickly saw the back of their heels as they sped off. Stood as local councillor for the conservatives.

What do you like most about your role at TFC?
I enjoy meeting new people and discussing their needs and objectives to help plan out their financial future. I also love working in an office that has a real family feel to it.

How long have you worked for TFC?
Just under a month, but I have worked in the financial industry for over 5 years.

What did you do before joining TFC?
I worked for an independent financial advising firm in Leeds city centre, the majority of the time I was writing reports for new business or annual reviews. This was a fantastic experience as it really helped develop and broaden my knowledge of all tax wrappers and financial products as a whole.

What do you like to do outside of work?
Outside of work I enjoy going to gym, reading, playing golf and being a long-time suffering Leeds United fan!

Tell us something interesting about yourself?
Prior to working in the financial industry, I served in the Royal Air Force as a Medic for 6 years, visiting many places at home and abroad. The highlight of my time in the RAF was getting the chance to fly in and pilot a Hawk fast jet.

I started working in the financial industry in Mortgages in 2016 working for a major bank. I joined TFC in 2020 and have been given the opportunity to excel in my field as a Mortgage Administrator.

Obtaining a mortgage can be one of the most stressful times of your life and I love being able to help people by assisting them on their journey and making it an easier experience for them.

Outside of work I enjoy socialising, baking and spending time with my family.

What do you like most about your role at TFC?
I love how my role has changed, having started as a Mortgage Adviser and now being Practice Manager the company has encouraged and allowed me to develop my role, supporting me to develop new skills. Here at Tudor we really do work as a team. We have staff of various ages and various experience and knowledge but  above all we all get along really well.  Each and every one of our ‘work family’ are dedicated primarily to customer service and that really does show.

How long have you worked for TFC?
I started working for TFC in July 2017.

What did you do before joining TFC?
Before working for TFC I have been in Financial Services since leaving school (not saying what year!), the majority being 25 years with Lloyds Banking Group doing various roles including Mortgage Adviser & Mortgage Underwriter.

What do you like to do outside of work?
Away from work I love mainly spending time with family and friends but also like weekends away in our caravan

Each year our advisers and colleagues raise on average over £500,000 to those in need, from new born babies to people later in life.
